   Heritage Days 2006 and 2007.
Every year on four days in September, buildings of every age, style and function throw open their doors. It is a once-a-year chance to discover hidden architectural treasures and enjoy a wide range of tours, events and activities which bring to life local history and culture. Free of charge and literally on people's doorstep, Heritage Open Days is an event for everyone. This year's event ran from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th September and for the second time the churches of the Wilden to Witley Church Trail took part in this nationwide event. As a special feature the churches invited children to take part in a mammoth fun quiz. Copies of the quiz were available in all of the 12 Trail churches and there were prizes available for those who completed all the sections!
Additional events were staged at Wilden and Ribbesford. The Orphic Singers travelled from Liverpool to perform in the afternoon of Saturday 9th September, 3 pm at Ribbesford, St Leonards and in the evening at Wilden, All Saints at 7 pm.
A sponsored cycle ride took place on Saturday 9th which involved many Worcestershire churches.
On Sunday 10th all churches opened at regular service times
and additional opening times.
The Trail churches will be participating again in 2007 and nearer the
